Aerial fitness introduces students to a variety of aerial apparatus including Silk, Loop/Hammock, and Lyra.
Classes focus on developing strength, control, movement awareness, as well as flexibility, and grace.
Aerial students will see an improvement in total body strength. Basic aerial skills benefit the whole body as well as the mind. Spinal elongation, relaxation, and stress relief are some of our favorite benefits of Aerial classes!
You don't need any experience in Aerial Arts. We teach you the basics, and you progress at the rate that is comfortable for you.
Weight limit of 300lbs for safety
We offer Youth and Adult Classes.
