Our Aerial Arts & fitness program introduces students to a variety of aerial apparatus including Silk, Sling/Hammock, and Hoop/Lyra, and Static Trapeze.
We DO NOT teach Aerial Yoga.
Classes focus on developing strength, control, movement awareness, as well as flexibility, and grace.
Aerial students will see an improvement in total body strength. Basic aerial skills benefit the whole body as well as the mind.
You don't need any experience in Aerial Arts. We teach you the basics, and you progress at the rate that is comfortable for you.
We teach new, beginning level students as well as Competitive Levels & Performing Groups.
