Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, high intensity cardio workout that has you flying in the air and diving to the ground. Our bungee classes welcome all levels of fitness enthusiasts and body types!


About Bungee

Bungee Fitness is a new type of artistic and sports activity performed with the support of elastic cords attached to the body via professional harnesses.  The rebound of the elastic cords allows you to move in the air and experiment with gravity with no limits.


Please arrive at class on time.
The first 5-10 minutes will be used for adjusting equipment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. We do not offer refunds or credits for late arrivals or missed classes.

NO sandals. Wear supportive closed  toe shoes.

Cancellation notice must be given a minimum of 6 hours before class starts to avoid being charged for class.
No Class Credits if class canceled with less than 6 hours notice.
