Tickets:

​

 Tickets are required for all spectators attending the event

 $20 for Single Day / $30 Weekend Pass

Exceptions:

• Coaches who have an Aerialympics-issued lanyard that matches their ID will be given free entry. Coach lanyards are not transferable. Coaches must be part of the team program or request a lanyard prior to the event to receive a lanyard at the event. Additional lanyards will not be issued on the event weekend. We are allowing 2 coaches per team with a minimum of 5 performers.

     Free entry is not guaranteed to anyone and may be revoked at any time.

     If in doubt, buy a ticket and support the host studio!

Videos:

         

$20 per performer, per apparatus available for purchase.

• We do not live stream any performances. Please do not stream performances.

• Do not take pictures of any performer who is not a member of your family or part of your team.

Performers must Register to Compete through the Aerialympics site & Sign Waivers using the following link:  https://www.aerialympics.com/local-invitationals

Waivers (2 Required when competing LIVE) with Aerialympics.

One waiver from Aerial Expressions must be completed, as well.

• ALL Performers  are required to sign an Aerialympics waiver before performing.

• All  performers are also required to sign a waiver for the venue (Aerial Expressions) prior to competing. This is a second waiver, separate from the one you sign for the Aerialympics. All waivers for performers who are not yet 18 must be signed by the performers legal parent or guardian. 

• If you already have a signed waiver on file with Aerial Expressions, you are not required to sign another.​​

NOTE: All performers will stage test on the same day that they compete and stage testing is mandatory.​

Awards Ceremonies:

 Aerialympics Awards will be mailed out after routines are scored and placements announced.

​

​

We will have special Mardi Gras Invitational Awards presented immediately following each competition division.

Apparatus:

You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own apparatus to meet any specific needs you might have. All apparatus will undergo an assessment by our head rigger prior to being used in the event. 

We only rig single-point apparatus at our regional competitions. If you have an apparatus that requires 2 points (e.g., static trapeze), please bring a spreader bar and plan for a single-point rig response in your apparatus.

Note that if the equipment is deemed unsafe when inspected onsite, we have the right to refuse to rig it. In no case will the event organizers or host studio be liable for issues you encounter when using your own apparatus, even after a passing inspection.

Apparatus available at the venue will be those listed below.

Rig Point:

• Rig point is a maximum of 14’ depending on hardware, but it is adjustable and can go lower to accommodate your apparatus or height requirements.

Silks:

• Material : Tricot 40 Denier – Medium Stretch

• Length: 13 yards Color: Silver *color rigged unless otherwise requested

• **Length: 13 yards Low stretch Color: Red, Silver

• Other colors available upon request: Purple, Teal, Grey, Unicorn, Pink, Green Bean, Gold, Maroon, Lavender, Dark Pink, Lime Green, Black, White

Hammock:

• Material: Tricot 40 Denier

• Length: 10 yards Color: Pink *color rigged unless otherwise requested

Lyra:

• Material: Powder Coated Taped Stainless Steel Hollow Tube

• OPEN GYM …Available Friday (times to be determined)

• Rig point rental– 1 hour/$25

• (this is a SINGLE point rental, others will be sharing the studio with you)

• Private rental – 1 hour/$200 (this rents out entire studio A or B and gives you access to the audio system for that studio, other studio will be available to others. Both studios can accommodate up to 10 working rig points)
